The YMCA has many activities scheduled over the lunch hour designed for working adults.

Over the lunch hour the YMCA offers a variety of activities for working adults. We offer group wellness classes, group cycling, racquetball, and pick up games of basketball & volleyball.

Exercise can improve overall health by decreasing stress, increasing strength and resilience, managing weight, and preventing illness, which benefits both  the employers and employees. Economical effects in the workplace include less turnover, lower health care costs, reduced absenteeism, and increased morale. Everyone benefits! The YMCA's Corporate Membership Program is a great way for companies to promote these benefits within the workplace to their employees.

How does a Corporate Membership benefit the employer?

How does Corporate Membership work?
Your company contributes at least $72 per year toward each employee's membership. Businesses or organizations may pay as much as 100% of the fees.

Who is eligible for a Corporate Membership?
Employees of small local businesses, large corporations, healthcare facilities, school districts, and many other organizations are eligible. Members of clubs, neighborhood associations, or parishes are not eligible.

How does a company join?
