One-on-One Personal Training
Our personal training program is a great way to customize a workout program in order to reach a higher level of fitness. By working with one of our certified personal trainers, you can:
- Rev up your exercise routine with fresh workout approaches!
- Break out of your fitness plateau - challenge yourself!
- Reduce the risk of injury by learning proper techniques!
- Stay motivated and committed to your workout program!
- Decide which YMCA trainer will best meet your needs.

Fees:
$40 per session . . . up to 3 sessions
$35 per session . . . 4-7 sessions
$30 per session . . . 8 or more sessions

Group Personal Training
Work with a personal trainer in a small group setting of up to 3 people at a reduced price. Groups need to have similar goals and abilities. Group Personal Training is affordable, fun, and keeps you committed.
Fees: $45 . . . . . . . . per session

YMCA Certified Personal Trainers
