Did you know that the YMCA is the largest childcare provider in the area?

Summer School-Age is a state licensed childcare program designed for 5-12 years old, so that they can enjoy their summer days by having fun and being active. Each week children will participate in a variety of activities that center on a theme.

Activities include:
• Indoor and outdoor games
• Swimming twice a week
• Reading
• A field trip each week
• Arts and crafts, and a whole lot more

Through all these activities, staff members will incorporate the four core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. We offer a quality program with staff who will serve as positive role models for children.

Groups are divided by age.

Register for all weeks of the summer or only a couple weeks depending on the interest and needs of the families. Registration takes place in April.
