The La Crosse Area Family YMCA's program registrations give priority to our members. The following information states when family members, youth members, and community participants can register for our program classes.
Family Members and Adult Members: Monday - Friday of registration week
Youth Members: Tuesday - Friday of registration week
Community Participants: Wednesday - Friday of registration week
Registration Hours: On-line Registration Opens: 7 am Walk-in Registration: 7 am - 9 pm Phone-in Registration: 9 am - 9 pm
Registration Dates: Winter Registration: Jan. 11 - 15, 2010 Classes begin Monday, Jan. 18 and end Sunday, March 14 (7 weeks)
Spring I Registration: March 15 - 19, 2010 Classes begin Monday, March 22 and end Sunday, May 2 (6 weeks)
Spring II Registration: May 3 - 7, 2010 Classes begin Monday, May 10 and end Saturday, June 5 (4 weeks)
Summer Registration: June 7 - June 11, 2010 Classes begin Monday, June 14 and end Saturday, Aug. 7 (8 weeks)
Fall I Registration: Aug. 30 - Sept. 3, 2010 Classes begin Monday, Sept. 13 and end Sunday Oct. 24 (6 weeks)
Fall II Registration: Oct. 25 - 29, 2010 Classes begin Monday, Nov. 1 and end Sunday, Dec. 12 (6 weeks)
Registration Procedures: Payment: Class fees must be paid at the time of registration. Payments may be made with cash, check, voucher, gift card, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. Classes must be paid in full prior to registration. Credit or debit cards must be used for phone-in and online registration.
Registration Methods: Choose from these convenient methods:

In person at either YMCA-La Crosse or YMCA-North;

Over the phone with MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover; or
-
Online with MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. Membership: To take advantage of a membership class rate, your La Crosse Area Family YMCA membership MUST be valid throughout the entire class/program session.
Rescheduling: The YMCA reserves the right to reschedule or combine classes.
Refunds: Will only be issued when the YMCA cancels a class due to low enrollment.
Program Credits: Will be issued when the member/participant initiates the schedule change. No credits given for classes missed or classes canceled due to inclement weather or holidays. Credits may be applied to any La Crosse Area YMCA program and must be used within one year.
Class Transfer/Change Policy: A class transfer or change will be allowed the same day as registration without a fee. However, if the requested class is not available a credit will be issued. There is a $10.00 charge for changes or cancellations made after the initial day of registering.
