OTHER INFORMATION PAYMENT
- Class fees must be paid at the time of registration. Payment
may be made with cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or
Discover. Classes must be paid in full prior to registration. Credit
or debit cards must be used for phone-in registration. REGISTRATION METHODS - Choose from these convenient methods:
MEMBERSHIP - To take advantage of a membership class
rate, your La Crosse Area Family YMCA membership MUST be valid throughout
the entire class/program session.
RESCHEDULING - The YMCA reserves the right to reschedule
or combine classes.
REFUNDS - Will only be issued when the YMCA cancels
a class due to low enrollment.
PROGRAM CREDITS - Will be issued when the member/participant
initiates the schedule change. No credits given for classes missed or
classes canceled due to inclement weather or holidays. Credits may be
applied to any La Crosse Area YMCA program and must be used within one
year. CLASS TRANSFER/CHANGE POLICY - A class transfer or change will be allowed the same day as registration without a fee. However, if the requested class is not available a credit will be issued. There is a $10.00 charge for changes or cancellations made after the initial day of registering. |
