Class/Program Descriptions:
Lap Swim – Aimed at swimmer who swim lengths of the pool. Individual Water exercises are welcome, but need to be able to share a lane with a lap swimmer. Two swimmers per lane suggested.
Swim Lessons – These lanes are reserved for our program participants. These classes move around the pool area, so at times lanes may appear empty. Please keep the reserved amount of lanes open for our young swimmers.
Swim Team – When a swim team is using the pool, for either practice or a meet, they will use all six lanes.
Open Water Exercise – Jump into the pool for your own, self-paced Water Exercise workout! There will be lanes open for you to do your own exercises (no instructor) in the shallow or deep end of the pool. You are welcome to use the water dumbbells, noodles, etc.
Water Exercise – Jump into Water Exercise! This is a low-impact, instructor-led class that incorporates cardiovascular and muscle conditioning exercises using the water as resistance. This class will use four lanes of the lap pool.
