Gymnastics
Gymnastics provides opportunities for youth to build confidence, learn new skills, make friends, and increase activity. Our coaches strive to provide opportunities for youth to develop leadership skills while increasing balance, strength, coordination, and agility. Participants learn how to set goals, fundamentals of gymnastics, sportsmanship, teamwork, and most importantly have FUN!
Classes are available to those ages 18 months-18 years and we offer a variety of classes for all abilities and interests.
All classes take place in the Houser Gymnastics Center or Dahl Gymnastics Center.
Private Gymnastics Lessons
Private lessons are a great opportunity for one-on-one attention for your gymnast to continue to grow and learn. Private lessons allow for your gymnast to work on specific skills or events they need additional practice with or those that they prefer! We also offer small group lessons great for friends or siblings to work together and have some fun in the gymnastics center.
Competitive Gymnastics Team
Develop friendships as you achieve new skills on one of our competitive levels. Placement on team is by coach selection. Our optional levels have placed 4th in the nation as well as State Champions for the past ten years. Our coaches teach in a fun, nurturing, and supportive environment.
