Age Minimum
Y members 14+ years and older can attend classes.
Class Schedule
Y members: download the YMCA360 app or log in to YMCA360 to view the schedule and make a reservation. Non-members can view the schedule here.
Reservations
In classes that are near capacity or utilize specific equipment (examples include Interval Zone, Group Strength, Cycle, Barre Blend), members are encouraged to make a reservation. All other classes are drop-in, or on a first-come first-serve basis.
To make a reservation download the YMCA360 app or log in to YMCA360. *Group Cycling reservations are made in a separate software called PIQ that connects with our bikes. The reservation window opens 72-hours prior to class start.
Reservations are honored up until 5 minutes prior to class start, then at that time remaining spots in class are for walk-in participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you chose to make a reservation but your plans change we ask that you cancel your reservation at least one hour prior to the start of class.
Cost
Group Fitness classes are a member benefit so attend as many and often as you would like at no additional cost.
On-Demand Classes

What do I need to bring?
- Water bottle
- Sweat towel
- Clean close-toe shoes
- Lock to secure belongings in a locker
- Yoga mat (if attending yoga, pilates, or barre blend)
- Swimsuit and towel (if attending water exercise)
- Optional: Bike cleats compatible with SPD clips.
Tips for beginners
- Try a variety of classes and instructors to find the right class and instructor for you.
- Arrive to class 5-10 minutes early.
- Hydrate!
- Place any belongings that you bring with you in a locker.
- Listen to your body and take breaks when you need them. Follow the instructor's lead as they will always include different options to support you.
- Take breaks when you need it.
- Move your body and have fun.

Chair-based
Are you looking for a low-impact and beginner-friendly option? Chair-based fitness classes at the Y include Chair Circuit and Chair Yoga. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing movements.
Strength Training
Build strength and community in a variety of Strength Training classes offered at the Y. Target all major muscle groups in a motivating group environment with fun, up-beat music.
Barre Blend, Group Strength, Functional Fitness
Water Fitness
This is a low-impact class that incorporates cardiovascular and muscle conditioning exercises using water as resistance. No lap swimming skills are necessary.
Gentle Water Movement and Shallow Water Exercise
Zumba
Take the “work” out of a workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style dance fitness party. Have fun moving to Latin and World rhythms all while achieving a total body workout.
Zumba and Zumba Gold
High Intensity Interval Training
High-impact and high-intensity classes that include a cardio and strength training component to achieve a total body workout.
